Hi, I'd like to get a custom knife made with the following specs below in the design I created months ago.
I kept it without a bolster and an exposed pommel to give it a raw look, which is where the 0.25" thickness helps.
If you're interested in making this knife, please let me know.
- Bohler M390 stainless steel with brut de forge finish on pommel to non-grind areas of blade, or Wootz steel
- Full tang
- 0.25" thick, 1.70" wide
- 5.75" blade length, 10.0" overall length
- Lignum Vitae scales (end of scale in trapezoid area is a gradual convex thumb ramp)
- Black Ironwood (Olea Laurifolia) bolt heads (over Corby bolts)
- Titanium Corby bolts
- Zero degree convex grind
- Convex distal taper
- 0.25" hexagonal lanyard hole
- Leather sheath
- Optional: quench in bacon grease
