Wanted: someone who can install a Spyderco wire clip onto a flat titanium handle.

I have a miniaturized Spyderco Southard (not done by Kevin Smock) and I'm trying to find someone who can drill and tap the screw hole and slots to install a Spyderco Dragonfly wire clip onto the lockside scale of the mini Southard.
