Wanting a Custom Knife Made

Hey all...not sure how effective it's going to be posting in here since this is the first post...but here goes.

I would like a custom knife made, very similar to the SpartanBlade Horkos (pictured) . I'd like it made out of S90V or S35VN steel if at all possible. I'm having trouble finding a maker in general, let alone one who will work with a super steel.
