Looking for A higher end knife. USA made. All titanium. Sebenza simplicity. Blade no longer than 3.4 inches long. Looking to spend around $375-425. DONT WANT A SEBENZA. Suggestions?

The iMamba is getting a lot of credit recently. Too small for me, but maybe fits you ? Google "imamba-collection", full Ti is still in stock. $450 though.

The usa thing was only after i realized it wasnt likely for me to obtain a Cheburkov or a Shiro at any decent price

You might consider looking for a model (perhaps a slightly used model) from a smaller US custom maker. Tremendous deals to be had at the moment. For example, JRB Blades had some awesome magnacut frame locks advertised here on BF that would fit the bill. There are many others, too.

Good luck.

Harsey Folder, a Hinderer XM, Guardian Tactical RECON-35 if you want an automatic . . .

Arno Bernards knives may be the solution. He has a website, and if they are sold out, he lists 3 dealers in the US, the African one generally has some in stock. His Rihnkals (spelled something like that) are supposed to be like the Mnandi, and I've been after one.
The iMamba is more like the Sebenza. His prices are going up, so hurry. And if you buy from his site, he ships from Africa so shipping costs are high. I was going to buy a Warhog tooth keyring for 28 USD but shipping was 40.

There are a couple of Chebbies and Biryukovs in your price range, but maybe too large ? I'll send you a PM.

Titanium framelock? They're the most ubiquitous type of the whole knife industry, everybody and their brother, aunt and whole family make one... Maybe narrowing down the parameter would help a bit. Also, by USA you mean made by a USA company, or entirely built in the USA?

Ideally on the non US front id love a Cheburkov Tukan. Im not paying $650 on knifecenter

Olamic 247, or Hinderer XM-18, and grind .1" off the tips...

...or braize/weld/solder .1" of material onto the front of the handle. OK, for a folder that's a bit too whacky to actually do, though perhaps still better than butchering the blade.

Reason I mention this is, a while back I received a fixed blade knife that was a bit over the stated legal blade length, and though in reality I don't think it would ever be a problem, I was mulling over how to deal with that. Sure, I could grind the blade to length, but then it hit me that it would be more elegant to just extend the length of the handle slabs a little to beat the stupid law. Tip-to-handle length can be met either way. And that's the little wisdom titbit from me for today. :)

RHK Jurassic 3.375" blade, they pop up on the exchange now and then, Les George VECP 3.45" blade, you can also find Medford Slim Midi's or Praetorian Slim's on the exchange in your price range.
