Well WAR 2008 is now history and I need to make a few comments. This year was absolutely the best ever. With over 51 people & about 8 dogs and all kind of giveaways.
My most grateful and appreciative thanks to Mike Stewart of Bark River Knives and Sharpshooter Sheath Sysyems (Reid) for the generous gifts for our raffle. Also a very special thank you to EDC Depot, Camping/Survival, Green mountain Gear, Mick Jarvis, Mike Brown, Simon and anyone else whom I've forgotten for their generous gifts for the raffle.
Also I would like to thank all the wonderful folks who came and spent a fantastic weekend with us. If it weren't for you guys we wouldn't have such a great event. I would like to thank all the great guys who did seminars, Kevin E, Bobbie Plude, Jerry Young, Simon, Garrett and again anyone else I've forgotten.
What a wonderful time we had and I can't wait until next year in MAY to do it all over again.
Also for any of you who didn't make it up here this year, we had a special Wedding celebration. I think we really surprised Sgt Mike & Care this time. Also, I know some of you may find this hard to believe but I actually saw a tear in Sgt Mikes eye. Not something you see everyday.
