I've been really busy making knives for clients lately but I don't want to forget the great knife people here on bladeforum that made that possible. I managed to do this one along with client request. Made from Aldo's 1084 it's a stout cutter thats ready for duty. The sheath is a right or left hand tactical style sheath made from heavy ballistic nylon. It can be worn low on the leg or just below the belt for an easy reach in either carry position. Here are the specs:
Steel- 1084 X 3/16
AOL- just shy of 11 inches
Grind- flat with drawn swedges and jimping on the spine
Finish- Hand sanded flats with machine finish bevels and convex edge
Blade- 5 1/4 inch hair popping edge
Handle- 5 1/4 inch Ax handle design
Scales- Black G10
Hardware- Stainless Loveless bolts and 1/4 inch stainless lanyard tube
Sheath- Right or left hand tactical style with leg strap for medium or low carry.
