Warehouse Sale

You keep editing that post spiral and there won't be anything left of it!

I write stuff then I think......wait, I don't think I'm an A**hole. Why do I sound like one in this post ?....:D...then I look down and it looks like there isn't anyone in the thread. I edit. Then someone has posted half a dozen times after my post.

And I'm thinking, split the difference. Hold it in the Midwest! It's the only equitable thing to do. Somewhere near Kansas City, perhaps. :D

Oh, stop! :(

That's not equitable... and I'm gonna telly you why. Let's say that the Oregon sale is given a value of 100 b/c it is so far west. Then, lets say that somewhere in VA can be assigned a value of 100 b/c it is so far east. Finally let's assume that the Mid West is assigned a value of 50 'cause it is in the middle. So you got:

100+100= 200/2= 100 for the value of the East Coast location
100+50=150/2= 75 for the value of the Mid West location

... so you see, that given the arbitrary values I have assigned to the locations the value of a Mid West location is actually 25 arbitrary units less helpful than an east coast location.

Hope this helped you see the light ;):p:D

Thats some hillbilly math if Ive ever seen it! haha

That's not hillbilly math.......I learned that in a US Government class in college. :D

The class title was: Lies, Damn Lies or Statistics: Getting The Most Out Of Numbers

I'm crying a little myself. I will never get to go I'm sure and that is just wrong! How about having the sale in the former home of the great Bobby Knight? That would be most convenient for me, and I bet Thomas would like the location too. We could use Assembly Hall at IU.....

I...um...I don't even know how to logically respond to that!

Truck on the way...

See there's your problem and also the beauty of the situation.... all I need is a moment of your stunned silence to change the topic and direction of the debate..............As far as I can ascertain in a real government type situation that constitutes a WIN ;):D
