Warlock Folder CAD Drawing

I was designing the Warlock folder along side with the Warlock fixed blade,I incorporated all the useable functions such as the pry bar,wire breaker notch,oxygen wrench slot,seat belt cutter,lanyard hole in heattreated like S-30V backspacer.Fastened by 8-32 button head screws for strength.Incorporated a slotted screwdriver/guard/flipper.Framelock probably .187 thick Ti.With milled holes w/index slot.Hidden 1/8" stop pin slot,.305 press fit bearing..187 pivot hole.Hope you like it.

I like it too. It and it's fixed blade counterpart are a tad too tactical looking for my tastes, but I still like it.

Awesome!! I really like the double edged tip, and how you have positioned the lever (screwdriver, I think...) will allow a person to "flip" it open when drawing from the pocket!

Frank,The flipper visualized would open while drawing.The only way it could have a double edge is to cover the top grind.I don't think that's doable on this design,Nice thought.

Roger that, a tad bit too much caffiene in the office today!! Would that be a false edge on the top then??

What about putting theflipper on the other side to create some type of "assisted opening??

Frank,I'm on the fence on how effective a screwdriver would be at the current location.I'm mainly concentrating on a guard for the fingers!I may remove the screwdriver all together.

Honestly Rick, we carry Multi-Tools for things like that, so I think that nixing the screwdriver would probably be a good idea.

In a pinch, one could use the bottom of the pry bar for the same purpose...

will the entire handle be titanium or will you make the non locking side G10 or CF etc?

Added serrations on blade edge.

Tweaked the clip profile to wrap around pivot to carry a little deeper in pocket.

Modified point on blade.
