Maybe not quite a hawk bill or a warncliff but you get the idea.

Stock removal from 52100 high carbon steel
Heat treated in my Evenheat furnace to Rc 58-60 with attention to a fine grain structure throughout the blade
Flat grind
Belt finish with 400 grit and followed with a cork belt
Stabilized figured maple handle
Overall length: 7 3/4 inches
Blade: 3 1/2 inches
Leather scabbard with a belt loop for a right hand carry

I just notice a gold cast on the blade, It's not a new process, it's just a reflection from the color of my office.

If someone pulled that gorgeous scary knife on me I'd just go ahead and faint. The finger choil is a nice touch too. You go, knifemaker Drew!
