Here my history.
Ondrey (http://www.papi-knives.com/damascus-folding-switchblade/) accepted my order on watch in the summer 2010. In the end of September He were ready to start to do them and have asked the deposit.
On September, 25th 2010 I have sent the deposit. In the middle of January 2011 Ondrej have written that watch are practically finished and have asked final payment.
On January, 19th I have sent final payment. But watch I have received only in May 2011г.
Watch look very cool. They have liked me. But my happiness was short. Has passed two days and watch have stopped.
Rotor did not charge a spring watch. I have been very grieved by it. Ondrej have recognized the mistake and promised me to repair watch in the summer when I'll be on a vacation in Czechia.
In the beginning of August 2011 I have arrived to Czechia and have sent him watch. There has passed week Ondrej have written that all well and watch work correctly.
I had a long trip to home Ondrej and have received watch. But has passed two days and watch have again stopped. Rotor again did not charge a spring watch.
In the end of August I have returned watch to him. To me are not necessary watch which do not work on it I has asked Ondrej to return to me funds if you cannot make rotor which charges a spring of watch.
He would write that I did not worry also He will make rotor which will charge a spring. I have believed to him.
But by the end of December 2011 I had no watch. I am tired to wait and have asked Ondrej to return to me funds. By this time I any more did not have good feelings to watch.
Ondrej have refused to return to me of money. He have suggested me to send me watch or to sell them for me. But to me are not necessary watch which I work not correctly (rotor does not charge a spring watch).
About it I have written to Ondrej and have offered after returning to me funds to do with watch that want. In current of month Ondrej very seldom answered my messages but each time refused to return to me funds.
Ondrej wished to return to me watch having placed in them standard for movement ETA rotor. To me are not necessary such watch.
In the beginning of February when this history became known publicly Ondrej have written that will return to me of money when will sell watch -
"I will send you the money when i sell the watch, sometime in the first half of the year ".
"sometime in the first half of the year" does not work for me. About it I have written to Ondrej.
I have written Ondrej-
" Ondrej I any more do not trust your promises. I do not wish to wait more.
I have paid full cost watch but have not received working watch
I do not ask you to cover some transfers watch across Czechia and Russia.
Please simply return to me $2250 which have received from me for watch. "
Has passed more than year when I have paid full cost watch.
Has passed more than seven months when Ondrej last time promised to repair watch.
Has passed more than three months as I have asked Ondrej to return the finance for watch.
Has passed more month when Ondrej has written that will return the finance.
I still wait returning the finance.
I believe that this history should be known all to not have problems with Ondrej.
If you have begun business with Ondrej do not do the deposit and before payment check up result of work Ondrej.
