I'd let that heal open,,,,,,kept clean ,,, bacitracin and double bandaids. Every time I go to the ER for stiches ,,,,there's one attending (actual doctor) ,,, and a bunch of interns. They always put the stitches in too tight and too many of them,,,,,, formula for definite infection,,,,,if it ain't an arterial bleed,,,,,, I deal wiv it !!!!!!!! safer !!!!!!!!!
