Well I've had my RAT RC-4 for a while, and one friends has always though it was a great knife. I've had my eyes on an izula and rc-5 for a while, but haven't gotten them yet. Then suddenly my friends buys both an rc-5 and izula and is talking about how great they are, and I don't even have them yet :o:mad: Careful!

It is a great thing to get more people buying them. Sure, maybe you won't have those ones first, but you are the first to witness the greatness that is - RAT Cutlery.

Sounds like your friends are highly intelligent individuals that have excellent taste and recognize an outstanding value for their dollar when they see one.

Lets you know you picked good ones. :p

I've already had two friends buy the RC6 after showing them mine. Both guys are serious hog hunters. Once you've got one in your hands, it's hard to let go.

Yeah and now I get to check out the izula. I'm going to get one really soon now it is an amazing little knife!

I once made the...uhmmm...mistake  of showing my 67 yo mom an Izula and RC3. Long story short: I didn't own that Izula anymore :grumpy: :D after that day. Forgot that my love for knives came through her. I guess I'm lucky it ONLY cost me an Izula (which has been replaced btw ;)).

I love my mom

Thanks,

D-R

I can say, the same goes for family. My wife has my Black Izula, I will never get it back. I sold my second RC-3p in order to get an RC-4. My oldest took my first RC-3 on a camp out for school, and it never came home, so now I gotta buy two, one for me, one for him. (Or maybe a HEST). My oldest niece is lusting after a Pink Izula, but has set her sights on my Tan one for now... :/ I miss the days when they use to say "thats a great blade, where can I get one?" verses "Thats a great knife, can I borrow it?"

I showed my friend my RC 3 and let her whittle with it and she now wants me to buy her one for Christmas. Yes I'm passing the passion. :p

I am currently waiting for the pennies to stack up so I can get myself an Izula, and now the girlfriend wants a pink one for her birthday coming up. I am gonna be broke for sure...haha

got an izula for my birthday and to this day(4days later) i have yet to leave it behind, anywhere. a buddy at work is thinking about one of the izula's or smaller rc's for the hunting bag.
