Warp factor 8

All you need to do is finish the front of scales before attaching (as stated above). The rest can be done after assembly. I am glad you persisted with the files. Looks like you might have gotten a real good deal on them after all.

Thanks Roger,
I think I will have a stab at some saw teeth for the next one and then file the blade (rather screw it up in the begining rather than the end :D ) I think I will be able to get away with some 'functional' teeth with the files I have at hand.

Soon as I get back from vacation I will be out there :)
