Warranty Question: Dragonfly

I have two white Dragonfly models in my possession; one is my user and one was donated for a friend. My user's pocket clip snapped off a few weeks ago, and the recent interception of the donation piece reminded me of it. So, here's my question...
If I were to send in the sprint-run white Dragonfly, how would they fix the pocket clip issue? I'd just get a new white Dragonfly, or they'd attempt to repair it somehow (the clip is molded into the handle)?

Unless things have changed, Spyderco will grind off the remaining FRN, where the clip used to be, and they'll drill and tap holes for a screw-on clip, which they will attach to the knife. They may of course provide you with a replacement Dragonfly, if they have any more of the white ones in stock.

hmm if thats the case, i might pick up an FRN dfly, "accidently" snap off the clip, and get a nice removable clip put on :). jk.

I personally would prefer too carry a knife that small and light insidde my pocket unclipped, but others do want the clip. I don't know if they charge for it, but I thought I heard they used to screw on clips somehow on the older Delicas and Enduras with integral clips when they snapped off (just like 3Guardsman just said, now that I actually read the other responses).
