Cleared it up with spyderco. Couldn't have taken 5 minutes. A screw is on the way.

I sent Sal an e-mail to get a new one, I realize right now maybe he was a little high up to ask for such a small thing...
 
Just call the toll free number and they can direct you to customer service and they will tell you all you need to know.

Sal is actually not even in the office right now. Even if he was though, your best bet is to contact W&R. You can e-mail Charlynn at customerservice@spyderco.com or call 800/525-7770 x 255.
