i'm curious what that means :D

i was quite surprised to find at least one (maybe two?) of the black, parkized warriors too

turns out the old literature i have on those wasn't just "black and white", it was "actual"...

the hard chromes are pretty nice though. i seem to recall a limited govt contract sprint that went no place.

be VERY wary buying some of the old old old stuff "found" these days - they're likely to be seconds. at least make sure to have rights of refusal and/or return. i can think of one vendor esp that pulled this.

I'm always wary when I purchase. My main problem is not having a point of reference. Other than reading old post and looking at pictures. It's most definitely a gamble and buyer beware.

Does that mean they are in a crate at your house next to the other crate? :D

and i say that, again, because i've boughten a couple old old old Beckers that were clearly not winners and were junk binned before sale... one of them had severe lamination issues (bad stock), and one was just plain messed up. they certainly were not advertised in the Bay listing, photos didn't quite match. it's like someone had a shoe box of them, but took one picture of the best to sell the rest.

Yes de be old wise 1, my guess also, maybe 1 day we all get to see dat basement

more like a loft :)

and a lot of these seconds probably got bought in auction of various places, or were set aside or salvage from the old shoppe and finally someone got around to selling the junk. i hope to ghod that most of them weren't actual sales, but just "the junk"

Brutal!
Had no idea this beadt existed.
Great shots, awesome knife!

carefully review the literature. there are things that exist, that still haven't made the light of day i'd guess, but i just assumed the literature was "fanciful" or prototypes or govt proposals that didn't even have examples. esp if there are coloration/coating differences. noop. guess a few of that stuff was made.

Old Threads and post from the beginning of the Becker Knife & Tool forum contains a wealth of information also. Unfortunately a lot of visuals were lost because of photo suckit. Damn shame.

Sick blade man, killer score! Love seeing these awesome rare models. How does the weight/balance feel compared to the bk4/machax? It’s a thicker stock right? Forgive my ignorance if I’m mistaken please.
