The good: Quick shipping and awesome customer service. Ever email inquiry was replied to within a day! Jay even went out of his way to check on availability of a limited edition knife for me.

The Bad: I live in a bit of an odd spot and the online cart doubled my shipping. Jay caught this BEFORE my card was charged and adjusted it before I even had a chance to email him! On top of that, one of the knives I purchased had a price drop after I ordered and I automatically received a credit. Why is this stuff bad? The last thing I need is another spot to spend money and after this service I am already toy shopping again...

The ugly? Lets just say my wife just found the credit card statement. :( Anybody have a couch I can crash on for a bit? :o


All in all, awesome place to deal with! Definite thumbs up for Jay! :D:thumbup:
