Was the Boker Plus Epicenter ever fixed?

Pretty simple question today, did Boker ever sort out the issues with the Epicenter? For years there were people reporting their knives plagued with lock-rock, but most information sort of dropped off after 2014. Has anyone had more recent experiences? It's a design I've always liked but obviously have avoided.

last i knew they straightened out the mismatched scale issue and many of the other cosmetic flaws.....i'm not sure about lock rock, my mismatched scale first version never suffered from it.

I asked the same question about a year ago. Every one seemed to say yes. I'm still skeptical since it was so prevalent for so long though.

Might have to buy one and take the plunge. At least Boker has a service center in the US for them.
