Materials: phospho-bronze, Teflon, nytrolon, other?

Thickness and overall diameter?

What do you prefer? I've purchased some phospho-bronze .010 and .005 to use, maximum overall diameter possible with handle/ blade size. I'd like to know if you think another is better and why? Thanks for any input!

I´ve tried both teflon, nylatron and phosphor-bronze and have settled for the latter. With a drop of oil and good finish on the blade, I dont feel the need for anything slicker. The teflon and nylatron variants are a little too spongy for my taste but I admit its mostly personal preference. My washers are .015 thick to provide clearance for the detent ball on my liner locks.

Brian that's about what I was thinking on material. I just hollowed out a small depression on the handle scale for the lock to depress into. The .015 sounds easier.

Thanks,
Ben
