I just got done sharpening 2 fillet knives for my Mom since we all have spring fever up here.... looked at the sponge afterwards... :eek::eek: And I wasn't even pressing hard or trying to really get the edge?!


I might want to watch my fingers when cleaning after sharpening?! :thumbup:

That's a very real danger, the worst cut I've seen happened while wiping a blade dry.

My biggest fear. I've been close but did cut my thumb open years ago when I knew nothing about knives.
Tested the sharpness and pushed down a little too hard..!
