I'll open this by saying that I am not here to bash GWebb in any way. I understand that things come up and I am trying to avoid a PayPal chargeback for his benefit.
Two weeks ago I purchased a a caly 3 super blue from GWebb here. Paid on Thursday, 7/25. He mentioned that he would try to get it out the next day but I told him no pressure, Monday would be fine. He agreed to send me a tracking number when it shipped out.
I asked for an update on 7/31 after not hearing anything or receiving a package. No answer. I have sent him several more polite emails since and have had a moderator attempt contact as well. No luck...
At this point I have opened a PayPal dispute to get his attention, but would like to avoid an official chargeback. I realize he is a fairly well established member with good feedback and am giving him the benefit of the doubt.
GWebb, I hope everything is alright with you and yours.

If anyone here is close with him and has more contact information, please inform him of this thread.

UPDATE:
Paypal has closed the claim and sided in my favor. He did not respond to their emails either. My money is being refunded. GWebb I sincerely hope you're alright.
