Bought a Lil' Encounter. Needed some customer service. Emailed KENCREST USA, their American distributor. Nothing. Called the number they have listed. RING RING RING.... no answer, nothing. Don't know about this company, BOB LUM is a great designer, but I"m starting to think this "company" was created to dump overstock and the hell with service. Just my experience. Grrrr....

Calm down. Seki Direct is an honorable company and quite reliable. The "U.S. office" is actually the home of the owner's daughter in LA. She can't help you. He needs to get rid of this. Simply send an email to Seki direct in Japan. The email address is on the website. It will take a couple of days to get an answer but you will get one. All is well. Take care.
 
I did finally get a response. I understand people are busy, I work retail too. I just don't think it should have to take a post here to get a reply. Thanks to all.
