Just wanted to say congrats on the new grandson! Maybe you can hand down this gorgeous knife to him someday! Both born in 2012...very cool :thumbup:

Thank you Naomi!! It will be a few years but I'll be that cool Pappa (that's what his two year brother calls me) that will pass down a few special heirlooms. Busse knives are one of the few that have that heirloom status. I'll be sure to put Mason's name on this one, and it will be well used by that time.

You will have to teach them how to use the knives and then once they are handed down, they will have a bunch of amazing memories as well as Pappa's beautiful INFI. A well used knife is like a scar, you always remember how it got that way! :thumbup:

Hey Naomi.....I spoke with you the other day trying to see where in transit my NMFSH LE might be be and didn't realize till later it was you. Flew back to Atlanta last night and my package was waiting at the Post Office this morning.....What a beauty!! I think it may be bigger than my grandson. I'm driving down to Savannah this weekend to see him. I think I'll take a pic of him with his future blade.............and it will be quite a while till he grows into this one :-)
