Breitling Navitimer Montbrillant, Ref a30030.2

Movement: Breitling Cal. 30 (modified and decorated ETA 2892-2)
Size: 38mm with 20mm lug width; 12mm thick.
Acrylic crystal is free from scratches
Watch has no significant marks or scrapes, and is unpolished. Movement was serviced by skilled watchmaker less than a year ago. Watch comes with original strap and buckle, outer and inner box, hang tag, booklet. Bezel action is like new. Chronograph works as it should. Winding action is like butter. Blued hands on Chronograph are still very blue. Natural patina on dial. Watch will come on a the aftermarket strap it is on in the photographs. This is a special Montrillant edition of the Navitimer because it says Navitimer on the dial, which many of the newer ones do not.

This watch is a sleeper. Looks much better in person than in pictures. The 38mm case size is no longer in production. 11mm thick. 19mm lug width. The movement is the popular ETA 2824. The bracelet on this watch is much higher quality than you would expect. See through case back. Gently domed sapphire crystal give nice distortion. Watch was purchased from an authorized dealer. The two year warranty is about to expire. I wore this watch regularly for about a year, so it has some marks on the case and bracelet, but nothing that could not be removed with a spa treatment. Watch has very well done brushing all over. No polished surfaces, except for the hands. This gives it a nice understated look. Original price for the watch was over $600.
