Watches? Need one.

Seiko Padi prospex (love the blue one)solar diver.. no batteries, no winding. Or

Deep Blue t100 tritium automatic with swiss movement, a lot of the models are lookers and the tritium is very handy at night

Seiko diver auto with Pepsi color scheme

That's all I got for you, good luck in your search

See my post a couple weeks ago "greatest sleeper chronograph"

One of the things I worry about IF I purchased what I consider an expensive watch (like ~$500) is durability. I'm just used to wearing them and doing whatever I normally do with them on. Maybe someone can relate their experience with say a Steinhart branded one.

i had a steinhart once, let it go soon after. it was a no date homage and i did end up getting the no date sub (submariner)

If you got Prime, Amazon warehouse is a steal. I have gotten watches that were marked scratched and it was glue (sticker) mark. Lots are new old stock, so a watch from 2009 battery is gonna need replacing . Prime free returns if you really don't like it. Here are some........

The Vestal (top left) is around $70-100 (ebay) the band has a screw in pin buckle and has two screws per side that clamps the rubber into the lug adapter I guess you would call it. It is HEAVY 16oz of SS, it can be removed and use to bash down a brick wall in a pinch. I bought 4 for $25 a piece, open box Amazon about a year ago.
The 5.11 sell for about $200, I got them open box for under 80 each.
The Boss was around $50, I just like the look and the band to use on the 5.11's also all 24mm.
The Tiger Reef Bubbles are over $200, I got it for $58, really cool looking and great lume too removed the clasp and added a buckle

The Citizen Promaster Diver was Black Friday sale for $122 .
The SRP745 was a Jomashop sale w/ their $10 off we missed you code, was $129. I scratched the bezel.........for over 2 hours ! Man Seiko why no blank replacement bezel ? Black Barton band with a different buckle off Amazon.

Ecozilla was $200 then add adapter and mesh....let not talk about that, I'm cheap.
The Citizen titanium perpetual calendar watch that sells for over $200, I got for $137. It weights 2oz and I can barely tell I have a watch on, I love it. That's Box 1, I got more pics to take, I just got 2 watches that retail for $2,700 (real world $400) for $165 each. I also just got a Panasonic Lumix FZ-30 for $45 and it looks un-used (was missing a few things from the box but wow) . Using it to learn how to use f stop, shutter speed and ISO. All these pics where taken w/ it.

Here it is, the GV2 8300 . Ebay around $400-$4000 (makes no sense), Jomashop had them on sale $389. I got one for $160 and another for $170, clasp a little scratched, Open Box Amazon.

Timex Expedition Grid Shock , I got open box $28 and I wear it the most, to help people move, work on cars and stuff. EZ read 4 alarms, vibrate and sound, indiglo so bright just as EZ to read in the dark.
Invicta was open box $25 , I like the look
Casio Pro Trek ABC , I got for $80
Seiko older model got it for $50
Seiko SNN079P2 full retail $109

I got a watch that talks, and tell you the time.........in a sexy robot voice ?

How much do you want to spend. As far as bargains go, Seiko, and Orient are hard to beat, and darn good automatic watches for the money. There are some good micro brands others have mentioned as well. I buy movement as much as watch brand, and prefer the ETA, Seiko, and Miyota movements in mechanical watches. They are all very good.
