Glad you got your blanks cut.
No one mentioned a bandsaw. Every shop needs one-either a dedicated metal cutting bandsaw or at least a portable bandsaw mounted in a jig to cut metal.
I haven't picked up a hacksaw in years. As a matter of fact, I don't even know where a hacksaw is!
 
I have a DeWalt portable band saw and a Swag table. But for the convenience and cost of NJSB water jet service, it is not going to see much use.
