My 7" blanks that i had made with my own steel cost me $1.50 per blade.

That looks just great. I was thinking of getting a bunch of blade blanks laser cut in a nearby shop but I fear work hardened edges... mmm. I may need to look into laser jet instead.

I watched the whole thing and it only took 8 min. for 5 hidden tang blades.
took 1 hour to do 120 guards.
I furnished the steel and being in town i did not have shipping.
he just took my plastic cutout and put it in a cad and that was not very long.
I had some changes on the knife blanks and he revamped that in about 2 min.
it was 55000 # water pressure
this thing cut any thing up to 6" solid stainless.
He will be back on tuesday so if you want you can email him
joe.todey@hotmail.com
he is on the Fourm as ( BeagleBow)
