Waterproofing leather handles

I have a leather handled kabar and was wondering what i should use to waterproof it?

SnowSeal works well on leather grips. Rub it on, melt it in with a hair dryer. Works great on my Marble's leather grips.

I've really liked Montana Pitch Blend brand waterproofer.

I've always used Mink oil.
