Just got it and am very pleased. It arrived shaving sharp but would not peel paper nor push cut callus.
The blade seemed SHARP but not MY kinda sharp.
I reprofiled the edge to a more acute angle and then did the Sharpmaker thing with the progressive angles and am REALLY happy now. Edges of pages peel off like threads now. And I have a scooped out piece of callus that says it also cuts ...meat.

I think the factory edge is too thick.

With it reprofiled to the thinner angle (without compromising the strength of the saber grind) this looks like what I have been LOOKING for ever since I transitioned from the Buck 110.

Strong, useful, and usABLE!

(it worries me though as I'm not even THINKING of embellishing it with filework or anything....just USING it... ALL the time)
 
My favorite EDC is the Delica Wave (the Endura's little bro). I just reprofiled mine last night as well, and it cuts amazingly! I was holding it in an odd position when I closed it, and when it got sucked into the handle due to the detent, it took a sliver of skin clean off my pinky :eek:

Brilliant knives; I love em.
