Way to go Phillip

He is also the most ruggedly handsome member of the team.

...if only you had seen him Sunday morning after the campfire!

Ooops. Sorry Phillip. What happens at the campfire is supposed to stay at the campfire. My mistake!

Phillip's the man.

In addition to everything already mentioned, he's really cool for taking care of all that electric orange for me.

Well guys im not sure exactly how to respond to this.
Its a bit overwhelming for a fella that just goes to work everyday and does his job. I love it here and only hoped it would show through the service I try to provide for ya'll.

It makes it easier when you love the job & the guys you work with everyday...even Allen.

Thanks everyone for the kind words....it's very humbling

Phillip, you da man! Humble is good and you deserve all the good words. I watched you reach in your pocket and give away a super little folder to a young man that didn't have one. I'll remember that and so will he.

That's an awesome gesture Phillip

Always knew you weren't so bad :)

Oh BTW wanted to add that Fiddleback Forge is lucky to have you. Very rare to find a person who is so passionate about their work.

And he handed me and Luca a new firesteel and striker without so much as a moments hesitation. Luca is still messing around with it. Thanks, Phillip!

Hi Guys, this is Kylie...Phillip's wife. He handed me his computer to read this post b/c he is proud of what he does every day at the Forge, loves what he does and enjoys working with everyone there...including Allen. :) And as he mentioned in his post, he just does not know what to say about all the kind words regarding something that he just sees as simply what he loves doing.

So I say thank you on his behalf for the recognition. And....what happened at TrackRock and how much beer did he drink???? Hmmmm????

thats awkward

i handed kylie the computer to read the thread and went outside to light the grill

feel free to not divulge the beer count

Phillip, I agree with all the nice things said above about the way you go out of your way to help Fiddleback Forge's customers. Ken set a very high customer service standard while he was there. You have done a great job of building upon that base and showing your own style in how you do it. Great Job!

Phil

Kylie, I spent most of my time at Trackrock in his company, and I don't recall seeing any beer at all! I was just commenting on how tired he was after looking out for me and my boy for two days.

There was also the strain of searching for firewood.

Tony

We are all lucky... There are few business that I use that have any sort of passion at all. And here is a team that makes and sells knifes... of all things... and they have the best attitudes in the world.

We are lucky.

I agree with all of the sentiments. Phillip is always super quick to answer any question and a joy to interact with!

I can't say anything more than has been said already. Phillip is always a pleasure to deal with and a great asset to Fiddleback Forge. The customer service and level of care he brings to the table are second to none.

I just think it's so cool that Phillip was a forum member and now an important part of the Fiddleback team!

Phillip-

I really appreciate that you are still active on the forum. I enjoy all your posts and I think it helps the business. Thanks for all you do and keep up the great work!

Thank you. I appreciate that.
I just looked at my join date here & it's my 10yr anniversary. I was doing this long before i started w/ Fiddleback Forge and hope to be doing it for many more years. It just so happens that i work for the fella that i collect!
