Waynorth Cutlery - Charlie Campagna SFO - #933124 Real Lambfoot Knife - Chestnut Flat Cap Jigged Bone

Here's my first one; out of the tube, and into my pocket!!
It is a sweet knife! A very nice carry, there is something about the larger scale jigging, and a good polish on the handles! It feels just great to hold!!View attachment 2768969View attachment 2768970
This knife will be with me for quite a while!!;)
They did a great job on the dye. What is it about your scanner that makes every knife look like an old vintage knife?

What’s the thickness of the knife like Charlie? I quite liked beefier pocket knives until I started carrying the city stock. It sits in the pocket so nicely and is a delight to carry and use.

you see this was 2015 and i thought to myself, yeah you know i took apart a junk store trapper once. one round is enough practice. thats how they taught us arterial blood gases in school, see one, do one, youll be fine as the professor said. back in those days, there were very few youtube videos on slip joint disassembly but there was enough knowledge shared on here that i thought why not. you learn more by trying it yourself. so i grabbed the thinnest knife i can find and a hammer and it seemed fine getting through the pivot pin. the rest of course did not go as smoothly as that. of course i now know you need a stiddy anvil. waynorth waynorth is very supportive of my experiments. i still have an 86 clip blade sitting for a project. Even managed to cut the brass pins on the foredom. But back to the topic at hand, im of course glad to see the lambfoot as a single tho. no modifications necessary and i cant imagine them sticking anything else on this as a perfect single blader.

That looks fantastic, Charlie! The way they polished those covers give it a "pocket worn" or broken-in look, much like it's already been with you for years. I love it for sure. I am very fond of the jigging on your previous lambfoot knives but this just might surpass them. Now I just hope I am able to get my hands on one.
