WE 707 Ordered

Just ordered a new WE 707B Won't be out until June. Has 3.5"S35VN blade, ti framelock with CF scale. Sweet looking flipper on ceramic bearings. Got a Ferrum Forge designed WE built Falcon on order as well. Now the waiting game begins.
 
Yeah I ordered the FFKW Falcon as well. Just too good of deal to pass up! That will be my first WE.
 
Both you guys are going to be blown away by the quality of those WE knives!
I have 2 and both are fantastic!!

Wow. I have to say WE might finally have something in their catalogue that speaks to me. The CF with bolster on the presentation side is great. Darn, I gotta find someplace to look these over in person.

I am kinda a we fanatic now. I love the integral 702. I just ordered a 708 karambit. I had ordered the 707 but had to bail for another knife.

Maybe by a couple dollars but not too much. Not as grossly overpriced as the dpx urban was.

I'll be getting one of these at some point. This knife speaks to me :)

I did some looking around.... ZT sells titanium frame locks with s35vn for between $200-$228. Most backspacer are aluminum instead of titanium and using stainless steel detent and bearings(if used). So for $22 extra I'm getting carbon fiber, 3D machined titanium handle clip and backspacer, ceramic detent ball and bearings. Seems like a nice upgrade for the money by comparison.

Now as for the 705D arguement.... I see your point of view, but your basically swapping out M390 for S35VN to get the carbon fiber. For some people it will be worth it... not so much for others.

The pricing on the falcon is just plain rediculous for what your getting. My thought is that they lowered the pricing on a first release mass drop collab in order to sell more knives. With over 1400 sold..... I'd say it worked. Unfortunately it's way too small for me, but if they come out with a 3.5" version I'm all in.

I'd prefer their budget line to have S35VN..... love me some contoured g10
