We are knifemakers?

What's with the pocket clip on the 112?
Gorgeous knife otherwise.
I could be wrong, but I think the new 112 slim I saw in the video for Buck's 2026 releases shows it having the pocket clip standard. The listing for the 112 with the pocket clip for these "We Are Knifemakers" knives didn't show pictures of the width, but it did list it as a 112 slim, so I am guessing that is why the pocket clip is part of it.
The Stealth Run #010 110 Slim Elite had the pocket clip, as well.

Edit to Add: I just received an email from Buck explaining the 110/112 Slim Heritage Elites, which gives a little more info...

"Coming soon in 2026, the all-new 110 and 112 Slim Heritage Elites are the everyday answer for classic style and modern function. Inspired by the iconic design of the 110 Folding Hunter and 112 Ranger, these knives now feature a thin profile, convenient deep carry pocket clip, and premium BOS heat treated MagnaCut steel. Sign up for text and email notifications to be one of the first to know when these knives are released."

I checked my email 6 minutes after I received it and that 124 was already sold out.

I like the clip, but maybe would have preferred it to match the bolsters. Too rich for my blood, either way.

Looks like my order is out for delivery, pics to come.
Just curious, did you pay for 'next day air' shipping? Our orders were just minutes apart, with Tennessee further from Post Falls than Colorado, I would expect mine to be here before or around the same time.

ETA Package is at the Denver Distributing Center, so maybe tomorrow 🙏 😁

Nope, just normal shipping. For some reason I seem to get my orders from Buck pretty fast once they've shipped.

You'd never see it on the website, but here it's obvious that Christian spent time with this piece. Outstanding.
I agree, it's really a fine piece. The combination of stag and 5160 blade steel make it feel like an old school tribute. Thank you Christian Caywood, I love it. In fact, all of the makers in this release deserve praise for a job well done.

After posting a good knife, this one is a bit of a disappointment. The wood handle is beautiful, but the dye used on the chipflint has spread across the blade and is obscuring the Buck logo (the other side isn’t any better). This is exactly how it arrived—you cannot simply wipe the dye off the blade. I would expect better quality control from a limited run of 50 knives by a single maker, especially at this price point. :(

Bummer! I'd be more than happy to take that off your hands and give it a go with a Scotch pad.

The 112's you and pat9198 pat9198 posted look incredible!

It was the intent of the Knifemaker to leave the discoloring beyond the chip flinted area.

That knife for me would not be a user. I would send it back to get it cleaned up.
