My wife (who is Chinese ancestry) cooked some main dishes and lots of desserts. Everyone brought a dish or two. Thats the way I like it. I love Chinese Pot luck and Yes, real Chinese food is amazing and has amazing flavor and variety. no sweet and sour chicken lol. We had several different noodle dishes, this Chinese pastry that reminds me of a pot pie (it is to die for), several rice dishes, bamboo dishes, tofu cooked many ways, several amazing soups, Chinese curry (makes Indian curry taste like crud, imo), and many other traditional dishes. She told me 20 people would be over today. We got 40 lol. Chinese is like that though, don't need much of an excuse to have a party, eat and yap all day. Wife is just over 3 months pregnant so she wanted to have all her girl friends over to rub her belly ;)
