you look at the number before you click it?
But that number isn't updated dynamically in real-time, is it? I loaded the page back when it was at 92 likes, walked away for maybe half an hour, and it didn't change at all.
I just checked on this....
I refreshed a few times in a minute or so and it went up by one in this time frame.
Also, when I liked the page it went up by a small amount about ten minutes later.
I believe they are updated in real time.![]()
Yeah, but it's not dynamic... I just opened two the page on two tabs at 687, refreshed one and it went to 688, and the other is still at 687.
No big deal, I think I just read too much into people saying they were the nth like. I guess it was just the crude way BP described--just looking at what the number was prior to them clicking. Just that if there was a sure way to know which number you were, I'd like to know because, like I said, I left that page up for quite a while before doing anything :foot:
Oh, i see the confusion. It's not a persistently updated number. It only updates when refreshed.
I wasn't trying to be a smartass. I realize now that it might have sounded that way
