Howdy, I am the second owner on this, and it is a great knife, just have too many, in fact, I have a couple other on the exchange and dropping the prices on them today as well. See links for those at the bottom of this listing.
WE Bishop Flipper in Bronze Ti/CF 903C - $190
Comes with box (slightly bent up), pouch, cloth, card, and of course the knife. See photos below. I have this posted at 25% lower than retailers have it for sale. Blade and edge look pristine, but please see photos.

There are no white marks on the handles, I think those are artifacts of using tinypng to shrink the images down to get ready for BF.
