You should be able to mail these out with a regular stamp in a regular envelope. I ordered a 1000 cards so when they get here and I ship them to you, I'll send you a check for postage on a 1000 cards, and, of course, whatever your handling fee is

They will go normal postage for sure. I'd recommend decent envelopes, and wrap them in a triple folded sheet of paper, slightly heavier than normal stock. Without the thickness of the paper, a credit card sized badge will jam in the gates on a worn out DBCS, and most outgoing machines get hammered pretty hard. They're going to ride about 4-8 sorts or so.

It's useless advice, but I'm drinking and it makes this worthless knowledge seem useful

It's a long story...My name will pop up alot if you google rec.sport.paintball, and not really in good ways. did a few IRC servers, basically ran with all the internet delinquents. played with team internet for years (tyger is a tool), and ran with the "i have no idea" and "Hanta Force" guys for a ton of rec fun.

I was really hoping for ESEE underwear but Jeff shot me down. He's right, I wouldn't feel comfortable with a scull and crossknives that close to my willy either.
