I ment with the +1, Mulder got one of mine also!
It was a smooth bolt with BUSSE on the top of the handle shank and the third one down looks like it.

Ahh, sorry! Completely misunderstood. My apologies.

Did you ever use yours? I never used mine, and now I often think how it might be the most practical Busse design.
 
I bought it in the early 90' s and used it for dear hunting. The only thing it cut were the mule deer though.
Like you said in your first post, the only one I miss, luckily I have found another BA, but it's not the same as your first Busse.

So can one infer smooth = A2 and slotted/tubes = INFI?

I also note two distinctive plunge line families between the two tube models. Fascinating.
 
Holy carp Mulder! nice work on the SHBA collection! I knew you had a few stashed away, but that just makes me tingle... having finally attained a keeper CGFBM for myself, it's almost time to find myself an SHBA to keep it company (I think it would be a pretty perfect combo)
