$1500Who wants to guess the price? $800, $900, or more?
I sincerely hope your right.Considering the current Free Rein starts out at $730 coated, has 24" OAL, 16" blade... I'm going to guess $850 starting price (coated), going up from there.
If they do I think it would have to be a full tang blade, unless they have a new Res-C handle we haven't seen yet.I sincerely hope your right.
But, going from a 16" to 28" inch blade....
Now, I assume they mean a 28" blade?
What if it's a Free Rein 16You all should have the details you seek very soon! It's definitely interesting to see where everyone is going with this one. These things are too cool!!
Uhhhhh... luckily not$1500
Yeah... am I being ungrateful that that is a little bit of a let down? Even still... I'm going to have to think hard on this one. It's only an inch longer than the AK47 and the Wakizashi I already have (in SR-101), bladewise. Well... maybe 1.25".So, 2.25” of extra blade, and 2.25” of extra handle?

Yeah.... the more I think about it, the more I'm probably going to skip this one, and hope that they actually bring out a true longer sword. I was getting stoked thinking maybe it would be a full 20" blade....I can understand it being a difficult decision based on what you already own. Some folks are happy with what they have, while others would kill for an extra inch. If you didn’t have a single sword, I think it would be a no brainer. For me, the absolutely stellar HNWS has drained my sword fund. Saves me the trouble of having to justify the FR 28. If I was a baller, I’d get ‘em all. As it stands, I’m saving for the inevitable folder.
