The Charlow is the first Barlow I ever got, thanks to Waynorth and to the Barlow thread.

Thanks Charlie! Here's a John Lloyd barlow just bustin' with old timey character...

Good for you Charlie, and congrats on the collaborations continued success.

Good on you Charlie, I have been a recipient of your generosity too, so I couldn't accept more from you, but here are a few pics, thank you for everything you have done for us here - and the Traditional knife world, people like you are the reason people like me can enjoy these beautiful knives - in saying that I owe you a lot.

Very generous off you Charlie, and a great way to mark the occasion.

I have the required posts, but they aren't really of worth, so please do not consider this an entry, just my show of gratitude, for the thread and the work you have done on re-invigorating this great British style! ;)

A sheepsfoot Barlow?? WOW!!.. No idea if ive posted enough and too bad for me if i havent..My Barlow is carried daily and is the biggest, baddest and best little knife ive ever owned ,bar none..A true classic and thanks to you again Charlie for your unending generosity.. FES

My only Barlow

Charlie,
thank you for your generosity, and thank you even more for your contribution to the world of traditional cutlery. Since I've been on BF, I never witnessed half the "Charlow enthusiasm" for any other knife or pattern...and your thread (and its 100 pages) are quite an evidence of it.
Thanks to Sarah, I was surprised to see that I qualify...because I never really fell in love with Barlow's (I never digged their bolster/handle ratio), yet I took part in the thread, and actually I'm looking forward to seeing the sheepsfoot version.
This is not an entry, just a thank you :)

Charlie, you are the man for bringing such a great knife idea and plan to Great Eastern. These knives are addictive! I thought the Queen Dan Burke small barlow was the best barlow I had ever seen. You and the artisans at GEC have made the best regular production out there with your barlows. To add to the cool factor, my birthday is the 10th of July, you picked a good day to end the contest.

Here is a pic of my barlow collection, missing my Queen Dan Burke daddy barlow :o. My small barlow collection is sitting on top of my copy of the great book, Knife in Homespun America, by Madison Grant. The book even has a few pages on barlows!

I carry one of my ebony single blade spear Charlows every day, and that is a great knife. The 73 single blade WAS GEC's best pattern, until the 15 barlow came along.

Maybe a little unconventional but barlowisque ;)

While Not an entry, just a 'good on ya' post :) as I don't have a post in the Barlow thread...yet...

While I loved the stag, overall she was just a little too short for me and I had to move her along to another good home... :(
