I just purchased my first We knife from White Mountain Knives. The flipper was extremely hard to use. I placed the padded blade in a vise with aluminum jaws. Operated the knife from being closed to opening. Did this about 200 times. The flipper opening did not changed. The detent seemed fine when opening with two hands. I e-mailed White Mountain Knives and told him my problem with the knife. He immediately sent me a postage free return label. When I sent him the tracking number he sent out a new knife that he tested before sending. I received the replacement a day before he got my return. It opened perfectly. What a great company to deal with. Would recommend Justin the next time you are looking into buying a knife.
