Are the transitions between the satin flats and engraved portions smooth, or are they somewhat sharp? Highly anticipating mine.

To the touch they are smooth, but to the eye they're sharp if that makes any sense

I had to bring these pics to this thread about the first WTP, because of a strange and lucky coincidence that just happened. My righty here was born March 31. I was under the impression that they didn't do lefties for another 2 weeks. But when mine showed up today, I see that it was born Tuesday, April 4th. Only 5 days after my righty.

I pinged Tim, he confirmed that they hurried up and did exactly 2 that day, then did a lefty run for real a couple weeks. So I definitely have one of the first 2 lefties ever made, and Tim thinks it may well be the first. Just a cool bit of trivia.





ETA: Tim Reeve confirmed that my new-to-me lefty was in fact the first lefty WTP made. A nice counterpart to my first ever righty. :_
