Weather in Reno?

I hope the weather has not hurt Aunt Yangdu. Does anyone have some information?
 
The weather has been snow, 6" to 8" here in town, winds up to 50+ in gusts but overall not bad for a Sierra storm. Not to cold. The streets are bad, too many flatlanders on them. Fernly NV made the news by flooding a bit. Never build in a flat that water flows to... It was a cow pasture for a reason.
