1,000 apologies for not getting back with you. The engineering department is just a little tied up with new products for the new year.

As I mentioned to Sully, we are getting all models out by the beginning of next week. I would bet money that your model shipped either today or yesterday. I will double check to make sure.

Arghhh is right!!! PCKS main database server appears to be down. If "Pete" finds out about this I'm in trouble!

I just noticed this myself and I have sent a message to the server folks. I do know that the server periodically Pings itself to make sure it is functioning properly - it may on its own discover that the SQL database is not responding, then run a simple routine to get it restarted.

Or not. :-/

I'm hoping we can get it going before we lose the whole weekend.

PCKS is finally back on line. I received a message saying it was back up, but not what the problem was.

BTW - "Pete" (the little guy in the cabin) runs the Custom Knife Shoppe - I'm just a lowly I.E.
