Joe or Pete,
is there some problem with my order. Nobody seems to be able to supply me with any information, it is now 5 weeks since I placed my order.
Any reply would be appreciated.
 
When issues go on for as long as this thread has there is usually an underlying systems problem.

I find this very embarassing and I apologize for the delay in getting these knives shipped out. I know they will be perfect when they arrive.

I am walking down to check on your knife upon pressing the submit button.

Mr Buck,
I received an Email reply from Pete today to say that the knife was shipped on the 9th December. Thank you very much for your concern. I am sure that the knife will be perfect when it arrives, am really looking forward to it.
