Web-host, web design, photo edit????

I am about to purchase a new home computer since mine crashed-

What is the "best" photo editing programs to use when I start up my new website? I currently have Print-shop

Also, what is the best web-host / design help?

Any recommendations outside these two questions would be greatly appreciated. I am hooking up DSL and getting the fastest machine I can afford, i think it will be a 320 mb core-duo or a AMD Phenom II.

My friend told me to use hostdone.com when I make a website, because it's like $70 for two years, which is by far the cheapest out there.

For basic photo editing, I use Google's Picasa, Microsoft digital imaging suite - anniversary edition, and a very old version of photoshop.

siteground.com for hosting:thumbup: They have tons of options to get your site up and going and in just a couple of clicks you can get a nice template up on almost any platform. Very good interface and user friendly.
