So you just bought a new knife or piece of gear and it's not quite what you expected. Our staff is here to help you out. Simply give us a call within 7 days and we will issue a return authorization number using the guidelines below. Unfortunately, we cannot eat shipping charges on returns.
It also says returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee but I've returned a couple of items and never had them deduct a 15% restocking fee..always got a full refund minus shipping..I had no issues with paying the shipping fees.
I've bought from them both at their physical store location and online, and wouldn't hesitate to do it again. :thumbup:
Visit their brick-and-mortar location near St. Louis on the Illinois side of the river if you get the chance.
