I make very nice websites too.

IMHO if you can only have one thing, I'd go with the website, but my recommendation would be to make a nice and usable website, AND get a flyer in a half A4 size, with a description of your work, some cool pictures, and the URL of your website, making sure that the info on the flyer wouldn't get outdated.
This way, whenever you go to a show, or people request info by mail, or just feel like dropping some ads on a gun shop, you can leave this flyers that will lead people to the website, in which you'll present the info and picture and everyting you want to show.
You must remember to place the URL of your website in ALL your paper pieces, wheter it's a regular flyer, an AD on a magazine, a business card, EVERYTHING.
If for some reason you must make a brochure and can not skip it, I'd make a nice folder with some personla info and data, logo, etc (again, info that wouldn't get uotdated) with holders inside the covers (I had no idea for the English word for this, but they're very common) and have a graphic designer make me separate sheets for different aspects you want to communicate with the brochure. This way, if you want to change or add something, you just have to get a single page redone and not the entire brochure.
Other cool tip is to place your personal info on the folder on a way that if by any chance you move or change data, you can place a nice sticker into it and not throw away all the folders you have printed.
