Web Special 422 and 426, what is up with the hump??

As I suspected, I used a coarse diamond Lansky hone and removed the hump on one of these 426's. Then finished polishing with the fine Lansky diamond. Didn't take long. But doubt I will do the rest of them. Not really a need.

Son in law was here a while ago. He liked the hump. Got on my pc and ordered himself some humpers. I wonder why he likes black over the orange....oh well...

I don't know. A year or so ago, I gave one of the orange/pink Bucklite Max B&C models to my cousin and he loves it over any other knife he owns. He was here just a few weeks back and I decided to give him another one as a backup. I gave him his choice of another one like he already had or the black version. Well, he went right for the orange one!

I was going to send two of the orangies home with him, but after he ordered some black ones, just sent one orange to the daughter. She loves it, sigh, but really wants a PINK one..lol... Told her to get out a magic marker.. :)

Are there any 426s in Pink? Or 422s? Or in Purple?

It's not a 426 or 422, but it is a Bucklite (Max) comes in a couple of sizes and is pretty darn pink. It's supposed to be orange, but you be the judge.

That sure does look Pink, Dave. Do you have a pic of that one up against an orange 426/422 ?

Are all of those B&C ?

All the "pink" ones are the B&C I believe. Give me a few minutes and I'll come up with a picture of them side by side.

An amazing difference for sure!! I will be on the lookout for one of those for the daughter.

I appreciate you taking the time and effort to do the pic!!

Thanks!!
