"All sales are final" has always been a red flag for me, for brick and mortar stores, and especially online when I cannot inspect what I'm buying. Too many well known, respected, customer oriented businesses to chose from to role the dice with "WildBills Wholesale".
 
I buy knives from them for resale and have been very pleased. The cheap stuff is typical cheap stuff so don't expect a $3.00 assisted open folder to be like your Kershaw. Good prices and low minimums
 
I have ordered a couple of knives and a replacement sheath from them in the past. When something I ordered was no longer available, a very nice woman called me and asked me if I'd like to substitute something else, which is more than other online retailers will usually do. That being said, they generally don't have much that appeals to me.
 
If we only had a subforum where one could tell about their experiences (Good or Bad) with dealers, sellers, and individuals you've bought, sold, and traded with! :D
 
Thanks for moving/re-locating me and thanks for the replies. Tend to feel the same way about the "no return". Although some dealers have a 20% re-stocking fee, don't like that either.
 
I've ordered quite a few items from them and have been pretty happy overall.

- Cost of items are very reasonable usually.
- Their shipping cost is very reasonable with lots of options. Since I'm in Canada the ship times can take a bit longer than if CONUS I'm sure.
- Once they were out of stock of one item and called me to ask if I wanted a replacement or refund.
- Items were always packaged well.
- Only had one item that ever had any blade rub; a Case blue red shield jigged stockman but all other folders (modern, SAKs, and traditional) arrived in perfect condition.

Overall, I'm a happy customer and have another purchase on the way from them. :)

Mind you, I've never bothered to return anything. But then, at those prices I wouldn't bother.
